MASERU- The Principal Secretary (PS) of the Ministry of Health Lefu Manyokole says his Ministry is to blame for the death of a pregnant woman who died on her way to Queen ‘Mamohato Memorial Hospital, at Mesitsaneng in Mohale’s Hoek district recently. Metropolitan Lesotho is looking for a dynamic and people centric individual to fill its vacant position of Human Resources Specialist – People Development who will report directly to the Human Resources Manager.
The Key Performance Areas for this position:
J Conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis for both sales and indoor staff;J Draw and develop a comprehensive annual company-training plan and budget and a long-term capacity building plan;
J Organise and conduct training workshops and courses relating to Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, Financial Needs Analysis, Financial Planning, and any other training related to exposed needs and where necessary outsource training vendors; J Design and put in place a monitoring and evaluation tool for the assessment of the impact of training interventions;
J Liaise across divisions to ensure the transfer of learning and those corrective measures are put in place where necessary;
J Implement and enforce HR strategies, policies and procedures
J Coordinate and administer the performance management system.
Minimum qualifications and experience
ü Degree in Human Resources Management or HR Development ü Five years experience in Training & Development related field ü Experience in Marketing would be an added advantage.
